    • Analyzed the Canadian EMR integration landscape, evaluating available APIs, technical requirements, and integration workflows across the major platforms used in Canadian clinics.
    • Built a data flow map showing how transcribed clinical notes would move from D2Type's AI documentation platform into each EMR, along with a technical roadmap outlining the work required for each integration path.
    • Recommended an MVP integration path targeting OSCAR Pro through WELL Health's apps.health marketplace as the fastest route to reaching real customers.
    • Delivered the full written report and supporting diagrams directly to the founder, informing the company's early integration strategy.
    • Began work toward connecting D2Type's platform with existing EMR systems based on the recommended plan.
  2. Embedded Software Engineer

    March 2025 – June 2025

    • Designed and implemented an offline voice-command system in C for embedded hardware and microcomputers, focusing on low-latency execution and minimal memory usage.
    • Developed embedded C modules for real-time audio capture, signal preprocessing, and command parsing under strict CPU and memory constraints.
    • Implemented a fuzzy word-matching algorithm to tolerate accent-related pronunciation variation and background noise, significantly improving command-recognition reliability.
    • Built and demonstrated working prototypes directly to the founder, iterating on system behavior based on real-world testing and feedback.
